A windup e-cigar, with a small dynamo generator to power the atomizer for use during power-outages.

So who's going to be the first member to modify a wind up flashlight huh :D

EDIT - OMG ... i just checked into one of these and they run 3.6 to 6 volts. That might even work.

Similar to Expipeman's idea. A form that looks just like a coffee cup from your favorite coffee house. Another that looks like a can of soda.

No one would ever question why you put it up to your mouth; plenty of room for a good sized atomizer with replaceable parts, a juice dripper device could be activated by twisting the "lid", a lip-operated manual switch, and a really nice 20 hour rechargeable battery operating at about 6 volts.

I would call mine the Stealth E-cig.:hubba:

I love the idea of colored smoke...although I don't like the idea of coloring my lungs! lol...people are already freaked out by my little blue LED light...just imagine if I started blowing red smoke into the air...people would probably start running!

Would be fun but unfortunately it is impossible to add color to vapor, unless you shine a colored light source at the vapor. Red light source = red vapor, etc. The only element that has a natural tint when vaporized is iodine, but I wouldn't recommend inhaling iodine just to get a pale violet vapor tint.

I would buy one shaped to look like an albuterol inhaler, for those times you can't be discrete in using. Nobody says a word if you hit your inhaler anywhere. I don't have asthma but people don't know that, and it would avoid allot of issues. You could probably use it on a plane too, just hold your vapor.

I second that

How about an e-cig with a wireless remote that looks like a cigarette lighter? Then you could light up to 'unlock' the e-cigarette, and it stops working after a number of puffs equivalent to a real cigarette--you have to use a the 'lighter' again to start it up? That could help people monitor their intake.

I like this idea

And about the e-cig inhaler, they already have those at your local pharmacy. It's the Nicotrol or Nicorette Inhaler, one of those companies. And it doesn't require a battery.

Here's my wacky-mod.. I made an e-juice ' freebase ' cig from two atomizers taped battery end to battery end together, a mouthpiece on one end and a small ball of ChoreBoy copper scouring pad in the other end. Just put a few drops of juice in the copper pad end, heat with my BIC lighter & puff.
Good for emergencys, bad batterys, dead atomizers, etc. Works with good atomizers if ya blow out the primer juice, or dead atomizers. Kinda hard to get the hang of how long to leave the flame on the end so ya don't burn the drops of juice. By the way...WHY is e-juice flammable??? Put a few drops on a spoon, or piece of tinfoil, hold a flame to it & it burns like gasoline.
