Ok, so I put an alarm on my phone so I can wake up, order, then go back to sleep..... does this make me a little overzealous?

Lol. I did the same thing when I ordered mine. I wouldn't have been able to sleep otherwise.
This may sound dumb but what is it with the blue led? I just got my ProVari this week so should I have waited for something better or is it just a different color led? I'm so happy with this unit I have a hard time thinking it could get any better.
Just a different color LED. Nothing missed out on unless you could have actually stood to wait another 2 weeks before you got your Provari. Congratulations btw on getting it.
Now, if you just have to have the blue light, you could order yourself one in a few days as a backup unit.
Yeah, other than the color, there will be no difference in performance for you. For me though, I have a v1. And I have no back up devices in case anything were to happen. Now I can get a v2 with a blue LED in a different colored body just to have my V1 satin as a spare.
I'm waiting for the blue light special at $99 to be announced. I might even spring for one at $119.
I don't get it either, it's a led, doesn't effect the vape and it cost more. Many people go for it though.
My red light works just fine. I keep mine off, and the display is hardly ever used unless im swapping a tank for a atomizer. Its just hard for me to justify the cost to see blue once a week if u already have one in red. But to each his own. However u justify your addiction is your business. 
Lol ya, U missed the one that gives hand jobs. Yours is worthless and obsolete. They changed the entire way us in the know vape while yours was in the mail.
Even to me it seems somewhat silly to wait for the blue LED since it really DOESN'T affect the vape any but I like blue better than red, and if I'm going to spend that much on something, I'm going to get the color scheme I like the best. The red LED reminds me of those hand held sports games from the 70's for some reason.
I've got a v1 satin that I'd like to upgrade. But then I'd be without for awhile ;-(
Solution. Buy a mini and get blue. Yeah I "need" a smaller Provari. Yeah and the blue is cool and more exclusive.
Need mor attys and more cartos and more DIY juice supplies and maybe some more batteries and and and and.......... Medication used long puff ahhhhh feel better now
