Want to buy Rebuildable tank dual coil system

At the moment, the only thing I can think of is a KayFun Lite with an aftermarket quartz glass tank kit. I'm sure that there are others RBAs, which may meet your requirements.
The Aqua (all metal, no glass) and Fogger v4 spring to mind. The Foggers are great but it can be a bit difficult to get it to wick properly.
The Kayfun is a single coil rba, though it's possible to set it up for dual coils. I haven't tried that and it does look a bit difficult to do.

For your first rebuildable I would recommend a clone cause if it turn out you don't think it is worth it a $20 paper weight is better than a $120 one.
The Fogger v4 is not a clone, is made of glass and steel, is dual coil, but it is hard to build properly.
A single coil rebuildable is a lot easier than dual and they generally taste and produce vapor close to what a dual coil will do.
My recommendation is a kayfun or russian clone.
If you really want to avoid clones I would recommend the expromiser. I don't thing there are any clones yet.
