I want to get another battery; something with 900mah or more that will go up to 5 or more volts, will cost under 30 bucks is compatable with 510 accessories and preferably, variable voltage ...Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent one?.

You're going to be looking at a mod. None of the proprietary batteries are capable of going that high. If you want a box mod madvapes has a variable volt mod for around $35. You can set it at 5v or anywhere else you wish. If your looking for a 5v tube you're probably looking at $50 or more. The cheapest I know of is the Gold Digger from Ace of Vapes which sells for $55.
Also if you have some basic soldering skills Madvapes sells the above vv mod in kit form for much less, would then be well within your budget.

Yep, that's MOD status. Something like a ProVari has VV without being a box mod, but they're pricey. I wish what you desire was accessible.
