So I've been using LR standard cartos pretty consistently throughout my vaping. I couldn't handle ato+carts. Dripping is fun but inconsistent. I did try gotvapes ce2's about a year ago. I had some standard problems--leaking, plastic breaking, problems filling, wick problems, etc. But overall, when it worked, I really liked it.
Since GV has about 40 million different selections, I was wondering if people could suggest any one or two things (I am on a budget).
My setup:
-3.7 v standard eGo
-18 or higher mg Nic
-Mostly fruit liquids, mostly 50/50.
Things I'm looking for:
1. Longevity. My carto's now are brilliant tasting for 3 days and then plummet quickly after.
I want a carto--if it's at all possible--that can push at least 1.5 full weeks of amazing taste (lasting well more than that would be amazing).
How long do these top coil wick systems last? All of my gen 1 ce2's have broken or have been misplaced. But from what I remember they had decent longevity.
How long until the wick burns up or the coil dies out?
2. Vapor/TH/Loose Draw
I've been vaping on LR for a year. I'm pretty used to great vapor production on <2.5 ohm. I know GV has some products around that area, but I was wondering if any body knows how it compares to a standard lr carto. I remember when I bought gen 1 ce2's that the vapor production and TH was a little on the weaker side.
Also, again, the common complaint of the ce2's was wicking--it'd taste great for 4 quick hits, but then you'd have to hang it upside down for 3 sec for it to fix itself. Do the new products work significantly better? Are there any bottom coil ones that work better?
I like loose a draw. I use a drip tip on my cartos.
3. Durability
From what I can tell, the cheap plastic from gen 1 ce2's has been done away with. So I suspect that this is not so much of an issue anymore. But I do want something that won't break while I'm putting it back together or pulling it apart. Also, one of the main sources of irritation from ce2's was when I was putting the carto on and off the batt, I would pull the plastic off the bottom and juice would spill all over the place--it also destroyed some of the wiring.
Like I said, I think the new products look like this isn't so much of an issue now.
4. User friendly
As a common complaint of the ce2's, it's a ..... to get a syringe to fill it up, and none of my bottles come with those special tops. So when I was working the ce2's I just carried a paper clip around with me and popped the inner cap off, dripped my juice in like normal, and then put the inner cap back on. A pain in the ....
I'm not really looking for anything complex and most of the products on GV, from what I can tell, look like they're comparable to one another--just minor tweaks or setup.
What I've been considering:
-The vision stone II.
-micromizer
-stardust
But open to other suggestions.
How long do these last?
How well is the wicking/vapor production?
How much of a pain in the ... are they to work?
Any clear front runner?
