Can someone explain why it is that I always want to smoke an analog after I vape, and then after the analog I want to vape... Do you just have to white-knuckle the analog cravings to get off of them?
It keep reading about people pitching the analogs with no problems but I am still searching for that sweet spot...

Would appreciate some advice! TIA!

Basically, yes. Your body is still addicted to all of the other nasty gunk in cigs so you're still going to go through withdrawal. Drink tons of water and try your best not to smoke. When you vape, do a little exercise if possible or something that will completely take your mind off of wanting a cig....for me, a brisk walk helped out a great deal but I also realize this isn't possible for some folks due to various reasons.

Many good suggestions. The thing about the WTA (whole tobacco alkaloids) is right though. For many people they can be as, or more, addicting than nicotine.

Up your nic and do all those other things. But if you still crave an analog, don't do it. Get a pack of Snus. Many people have quit analogs just with Snus. The Swedish is vastly superior to the American brands, but not that easily available in small amounts. So go to the store and pick up a pack of Camel, which I think is the only Snus made the Swedish way in America.

Substitue a Snus for an analog when you need to. You can vape lightly while you are using the snus, but it probably wont be necessary. Check this forum for information on how and where to get it. It's made the difference for a lot of people between smoking 3 or 4 analogs a day and leaving them behind.

Depending on what levels of e juice your using your nic level may not be strong enough, as a 24mg user and new to this i find that the issue is more the ritual of smoking and the difference in feel of smoke etc. The chemical reason could be directly the result of the increased carcinogens and additives in cigarettes vs the 0(as far as we know) additives and carcinogens in e cig smoke. You must realize that one not only gets addicted to nicotine, but also to the smoking pleasure itself, the taste, and the many, many, many other chemicals held in smoke. As vapor is not legitimately classified as smoke one realizes that smoke itself is different from vapor and so the feeling of vapor will be different and for some will take time to get used to. Eventually you will curb the cigarette craving and learn how much better vapor is and im on the road to that destination. Keep vaping and eventually the cravings will stop ! :) Check your pv/vg ratio for the th if not enough (more pg generally = stronger th) and check nic content for not enough nic. Besides those two, you just have to fight it and realise that it isn't the exact same ...but better! :) Good luck.

I vape from the time I get out of bed until I've had my fill usually have to refill my cart twice, then I just vape off and one for the rest of the day total refills currently is 5 per day.

I have managed to completely avoid temptation of analogs since Feb 29th but from Feb 23 thru 29 had a couple of analogs per day.

I believe we are all different so therefore our changeover rate will be different.
