A IMR 18650 HD is a high drain battery. It puts out more wattage then a normal 18650 battery.

For my Gramma! She is turning 73 on Thursday and she has now been vaping for almost 3 months (and quit smoking 3 packs a day to vape)! She wants a case for her 901 when she goes out and has her stuff in her purse. I was thinking a 901 PCC (since it looks kind of like a pack of smokes), but really any type of case that closes for her to put it all in her purse would work! I would just buy her one but I spent my vaping allowance already
so I thought I would check with my fave peeps!

Toni: I heard that the 510 pcc's will work with the 901's. In fact, that is how the China co. list them now. (I just don't know if they have changed the design, or if they are the same)

My Gramma chain-vapes with the best of em! She has two full 901's going all the time and vapes off one and then the other, back and forth as she sits at her kitchen table watching TV. LOL! That's why I was thinking the PCC (those charge batteries, too, right?). Anyone know where I can find the cheapest one that I could get before Thursday if noone has one?

Dont be corNfuzzled...lol. LB is rite...All you need is a adapter. My friend charges his 510 on a 808/901 pcc i gave him and it works.i suppose it would work the other way too.

Really? That's disappointing since they're supposed to THE batt to have....guess I'm glad I didn't spend $11 a piece on them

Ive heard theres only a difference is when they r stacked or used in a dubble barrel mod. Also heard they heat up your atty faster,so no more primer puffin to get the heat up. But i cant say 4 sure cuz ive never used one.

Really? Would the 510 PCC be able to close with an adapter and a 901 battery in it?
Blaze: sorry to burst your bubble I think I have the aa size (is that the 14500?) and I AM only using one at a time, plus it's a hit or miss thing for me and the mods.. I can often get just as good a hit/vape off an EGO w/306 atty, so I may not be the one to base it on

K.. reporting back.
I have an older PCC (6mo old) My 901 will NOT fit in the unit, it won't close. With the adapter on it, it's even worse. So I have NO clue how it works, unless they've changed the styling.
UPDATED: I have a newer (than the other one) PCC and the 901 battery will fit .. the lid closes, but it won't charge without the adapter, and of course the adapter makes it too big.
Perhaps someone that has a newer 510PCC can chime in?

Well, isn't that thing awesome! I have a PCC, but it isn't that cool universal one. That thing is gonna make some people happy!
I'm looking for a vl4 to510 adapter if there is such a thing I mistakenly ordered vl4 cartos thinking they were the same as the 510 and now I find out there not so if anybody could help me I'd be much obliged even with a web site I can order one from though my funds are low after a big juice purchase

Youthful, I have some Noalox. It comes in a tube so I guess I could just put a little bit in a 3 ml bottle and send it that way. If you watched the video you know that a little goes a long way. PM me your addy.

I just went through trying to sort stuff out. My dear friends here sent me a couple of 510 batts which I really enjoy but unfortunately the batt life isn't very long. I got some cartos for them, too. I have several 808 batts and would like an adapter for the 510 cartos. Also, an atty for the 510 to use all the carts I have. I do have some other adapters that I could send.NEVER MIND. I AM SOOOO CONFUSED!!!
Ok. Try this instead. I have an 808 tip (I think). It is threaded on the battery end. On the other end is a black condom thingy that doesn't come off! I think they are both made of black hard plastic. The threaded part may be metal. The condom end has a hole in it. Big enough I imagine for a syringe. What the h*** is this thing and why would I want it?? It looks like a carto except it feels like metal and has that hard plastic thing on the other end. Any help at all is appreciated. I will be back with more questions when I finish going through these parts. I have to get them labeled!

I have read that many people like the 808 carto better than the 510, and the thread adapter would make it work.
