I'm not as careful about that stuff as I probably should be. It's just never been in my dna, I guess. I was brought up on a farm, where we drank water from a hose sometimes, drank unpasteurized milk, ate apples right off the tree, etc. So, I just fill my bottles half up with hot water, shake them a few times, dump them out, let them air dry, and fill them up. BUT, and it's a big BUT, I don't make juice for anyone other than myself. If I did, I'd be more particular.
