Water based Citrus flavors?

Has anyone found a place to get citrus flavors (Lemon / Lime / Orange / Grapefruit / Pineapple) that are not made with Oil? ... I am having a heck of a time finding any...

I have that one! I like it, but it's more on the general citrus side. But I'm a huge Dew fan so no probs with that!

I would be definitely interested in knowing of anywhere that sells DIY non-oil based flavors. I've lived in FL my whole life and grew up amidst a huge variety of citrus trees, so they are my favorite.
