WebMD is not a particularly good sight for medical research. It tends to be a titch biased.
Nicotine CAN up your Blood Pressure. It IS vasoconstrictive (that means it makes the veins and artieries in your body smaller for those of you wondering). However, soda, coffee and any caffeine drinks can do the same thing. Frankly, soda is bad for your body (sugar and carbonic acids) and I would strongly suspect is worse for your body than vapeing is (I have NO studies to back this up, I AM a nurse who had to study nutrition, body chemistery and etc.) and they are starting to find health benefits of drinking coffee (who'd a thought?). In the long run, vapeing is better than smoking. NOBODY, medical proffesional or otherwise, can say differently. Even if it's
harm reduction as opposed to harm deletion,
vapeing > smoking!!
So if I gots a choice, you betcha vapeing (and coffee) all the way.
