Nope. I have 2 order confirmations now with 2 different order #'s (both which I paid for), so looks like I'll be getting double order filled.

Just received a phone call from Sam with AVE. He asked about my 8 separate orders and whether I wanted all of them. I had to tell him that I hadn't paid for any of them because I couldn't get to the payment processing site. I don't know if they will actually process orders that haven't been paid for but I was just called. I just can't bring myself to cheat good people. Wish they would have let me pay for the one order I wanted because now I don't get any.

I am Ben's favorite customer, he even writes a personal message on the envelope "You Rock!"

Yes you're indeed his favorite. ;)

Good karma there for you. Sucks though that they would not let you pay for the order! I guess it's true that no good deed goes unpunished.

He with 6 post and and a join date of 2013. I find it odd someone that says he has something better would even care enough to post a bitter comment like this.

The nice thing about all the whining and moaning is that my blocked user list has grown by a bunch and threads read a lot faster now.

Just wonder how many orders go out unnoticed. I don't feel Ben deserves that. I think he has struggled enough for this past couple of months.

The fact that they can now retrieve the incomplete orders and honor them (unlike before when they were automatically deleted from the system) is a big improvement from the old site.

But don't forget to actually match up the payments with the orders, AVE.

Friendly suggestion/constructive criticism:

In the off chance you read this in the mess of messages on this thread I would like to offer some friendly advice with the understanding that you must be super busy fixing your web site and filling juice orders. This is advice given to me by many people I do business with and many successful businesses owners.

1) give consistent updates. A simple one liner that says "sorry were still working on it" will suffice and will go a long way to calm the nerves of your customers.

2) follow through with promises. If you promise an update later in the evening please follow through as people are anxiously waiting on the update that was promised. Again it can be a simple one liner.

3) give as accurate info as possible so people can plan accordingly. Your home page stated a few times that you would be opening the following morning at 8am when there was no intention of doing so. Unless you are an avid reader of the forums there is no way to know that that sign was posted in error yet the same sign gets posted again after you acknowledge the mistake. This is very frustrating to people who have gone out of their way to clear their schedule to order your product.

With that being said I hope all is going well as can be and that you are not compromising your health to deal with this.
