What is wrong with this company? Only open at 8am? I work nights. With all the people they have wanting juice, wouldn't it be smart to , uhhhhhhh....... I dunno,........ hire some more people and make some more damn juice and fill orders all day?

I'm sure that the desired outcome is to become 24hour. But for now it's baby steps til everything falls into place. It isn't easy becoming big.

I know, right? My favorite restaurant actually has the nerve to only be open from 10am 'til 4pm. What gives any business owner the right to run their business like, what, it's their business? :laugh: :blink: :laugh:

Think thats what they are going to do. the server problems took its toll. will see soon if things get any better.

Not if that creates a backorder and you have to wait 2-3 weeks or more to even get juice shipped like some other vendors out there.

NO THANK YOU! I'd much prefer you limit orders to the first 300 or so and then close for the day like you were doing before the web redesign.

FYI Ive never had to wait longer than a week from start to finish for any of my Ave orders. I doubt any of you can say the same about other busy vendors who are open 24/7.

The operative word in that sentence being busy. Ave fills more juice orders in a single day (when theyre up and running 100 percent) than some juice vendors fill all week.

Those slower vendors NEED to stay open 24/7 because without that capability they would hardly sell any juice.

Quite frankly that would make me leery to buy from them and also question the inherent "wisdom" of their customers looking to purchase from Ave and expecting the same ordering system.

The same holds true for the busy vendors who go on a 2-3 week backorder.

One too much, ones not enough and Ave is just right....or soon will be once the site is back up and they are running 100 percent.

You made more points in this post than some 7/11 vendors get orders in a day.

No tracking number yet, but I received an e-mail saying my order has been completed.

Same here. The last time I received an order complete email and 6 mins later got a new email saying waa shipped. Hasn't been the case on this one, so far. I only have an order completed email. I thought Ben said last night they would fill and ship out the orders that got thru last night. Just trying to piece the puzzle together.

Not sure if the cart software they're using won't allow it or not, but I think the best solution would be to set the stock units they have available for each day and then just let it show out of stock. At least then those of us who were able to order could at least check the status....but not sure if they're cart software is that easy to work with or how much control of the back-end they actually have. Hope they get it back on track soon....their juice is some of the best by far...

I'm beginning to think that in order to facilitate a "soft start" they, AVE is just limiting which browsers work on the site. Hell, I don't know.

I do know I'm a very patient man, and as a fellow business owner I understand problems that need working out, and that nobody understands that like fellow business owners.

But I'll say this too, I'm beginning to grow weary of waiting on them opening and simply providing updates. It's been long enough to complete any e commerce task known to man at this point.
