back on topic ...

I think it would be helpful to remove the misleading information on your current homepage and post an accurate message as to when customers will be able to access your store. Currently the homepage reads:

Closed for Today
We are closed due to our order capacity for the day being reached. We will re-open tomorrow.

People reading this assume that that means the site will be open at 8:00 A.M. PST as your previous message stated. It is one thing to tell your customers you are not open for business but it is quite another thing to post on your website that you will be open for business tomorrow and then post on this forum that you will not be open at all over the weekend and are unsure if the store will be open at all during the week.

I’m not trying to be harsh in any way but this misleading information is causing this customer at least and I am sure many others a source of frustration.

All the Best.

A Loyal Customer.

+1 completely agree with this, al least provide the right info on your site...

I, like many others, will waste countless hours at 8am every morning this week pressing F5 only to find out you opened at some random time during the week... How will this make everyone feel? Do you stop and consider this?

Dude, you seriously need a new web dev because someone is pulling your leg, a website DOES NOT take this long to get up and running or repair... It just doesn't... You NEED to get a second opinion

Just my :2c:

It seems that adding deleted to the end of the store URL in your browser makes the site more responsive. ;)
Nice! ... Unfortunately you only get as far as the Checkout Screen where the 'Order Summary' is ghosted and you are unable to finalize your order. You had me all excited!

Yeah, that's not cool. I mean, do what you want, but if I was trying to get my store up and had the site closed and people figured out how to get around it, I'd just refund those orders.

Ben, not sure if it was open or not but now the shop is always open on my browser with http://avejuice.com/home.php URL

is.ave.open still says the site is closed but I went ahead and put an order through

If you cannot fulfill please let me know

I've also received emails and invoices confirming the orders have gone through

Thanks

genoxy your so full of .... you know the stores not open and it's showing open because you used that key to get in like everyone else did

No need for that Dane...

I added the extra URL, the site was open then http://avejuice.com/home.php showed as opened and I managed to place an order

As I said, if Ben can't fulfil it because there was an issue then so be it.

Now its been pointed out I'm sure he will get it fixed.

It showed open for me and I placed a small order for a few things I wanted to try (I didn't use the link provided, just the regular URL). If it works, fine. If not, fine.

Sorry Candy, that's just not true. Opening the site with just avejuice.com without having used the key still goes to the closed splash screen
