Friendly suggestion/constructive criticism:

In the off chance you read this in the mess of messages on this thread I would like to offer some friendly advice with the understanding that you must be super busy fixing your web site and filling juice orders. This is advice given to me by many people I do business with and many successful businesses owners.

1) give consistent updates. A simple one liner that says "sorry were still working on it" will suffice and will go a long way to calm the nerves of your customers.

2) follow through with promises. If you promise an update later in the evening please follow through as people are anxiously waiting on the update that was promised. Again it can be a simple one liner.

3) give as accurate info as possible so people can plan accordingly. Your home page stated a few times that you would be opening the following morning at 8am when there was no intention of doing so. Unless you are an avid reader of the forums there is no way to know that that sign was posted in error yet the same sign gets posted again after you acknowledge the mistake. This is very frustrating to people who have gone out of their way to clear their schedule to order your product.

With that being said I hope all is going well as can be and that you are not compromising your health to deal with this.

These are extremely valid points, and I think the root cause of the uneasy spirits going around. Too many unfulfilled promises that are treated as its a favor they even bother to finally update. Too many excuses without simply giving people consistent updates, or tidbits.

I haven't received any confirmation since Monday. My card was charged. 1-100ml BB and 1-100 GJ.
In the mean time my card was stolen. NOT from AVE but from another vendor. Bad charges came in May. Before I purchased from AVE and HHV and others on Monday. I'm going to have to get a one time card for online purchases now. What a pain.

I also had a card I haven't used in six months stolen. So it's definitely a CC processing problem. I wish BIG CC would get together and slap these processors around. UGH.

Hopefully I won't need to get a refund. Because that card is no longer active.

Agreed. It took me awhile to get here. Going to take my own advice and just move on. Its just juice...be it great juice but at the end of the day just juice which we all will be able to get eventually. I'll step down off my soapbox let the nay sayers not bother me. ;)

At least it gives me something to do every morning at 8 a.m. PST. It's like trying to score concert tickets. So far, no music for me.

Yep. You call, call, call and all you get is,"anh, anh, anh, anh." Occasionally, the phone will ring, but nobody picks up and says, "turn your radio down, turn your radio down; you're our number 8 caller."

Order placed on monday and still no word. This is getting old that there is no comm from Ben to the forum on any updates since everyones orders that went through on Monday. Be patient?... My patience is running out. did someone say DiY? I do run 14 online businesses and if I have problems, I CONTACT my members and buyers and let them know what's UP! No one is too busy to do that...!!

Today might be the day! I just got email notification that my order was shipped.

Its amazing how long I have been able to stretch out my last few BB drops.

I feel warm and fuzzy inside about the new Avejuice.com coming up.

I'm also looking forward to my 18ml BB order that managed to order last Mon.

I received an E-Mail confirming the order and a receipt but no product description. It was suggested that I contact Avejuice.com, I think it came from the CC processing program/Co.

It has to be very difficult to be the worlds best E-Liquid manufacturer, I'm sure the stress is intense to say the least.
