I got one "order confirmation" and then I got two "order has been processed" emails.
Haven't gotten a "shipped" notice yet, but I think I'm getting what I ordered - maybe twice. And that's OK!

It's my first order of Boba's, and as I'm seeking a new ADV (my old one has proven unreliable availability), I ALSO have a first order en route from...let's see... Ahlusion, Sweet-Vapes, Velvet Cloud, and even Halo (need a decent mildish tobacco). :p

Need a bigger spot to steep stuff now...

I don't want to burst anyone's bubble but I just spoke with Sam from AVE again and was told that all the shipment notifications are not accurate and that they are working through orders to match with payments to ship those that were paid. So if you didn't pay like me, you may still get an email stating a package has been sent, but it has not. Really wish I was getting one of my orders but that is just the way luck plays.

I've just gone back to vaping good ole RY4 from Smokeless Image. Good stuff. Not Boba's but most certainly an ADV.

I'll keep an eye on all this mess, and once the store stays open a decent amount of time and people actually get what they are charged for, I'll order up some Boba's. Until then I'll let others bang the wall.

Hopefully Ben can get on here and ease people's minds at some point. I know I'm not the only one waiting, trying to figure out what is happening.

You just posted what's happening. They are working through the orders matching them to payments. If your card was charged you can reasonably assume you will be getting your order, if it was not then you shouldn't be expecting to receive anything.

That is people having to rely on me. Ben is the one that needs to let his customer know what's happening. I'm glad to pass on the info I have but that isn't good enough to me. If you make a statement that you will release another update that afternoon then you should follow through.

Let us know once you can actually track your package and see it moving. Otherwise there have been discussions on other threads that people are getting phone calls from "Sam" at AVE that people are getting false tracking numbers because they are being sent out by mistake.

yeah I know, but the fact that they are shipping shows you that things will get better, so its probably me,


you may have darker view of things :)

Lol, what does your view of things have anything to do with it?

You asked if it made (me) feel any better that you got a tracking number, I gave you my honest reply. Does that mean I have a darker point of view? No, that's just silly.

All of that wasn't being said because I'm worried about you getting your juice. It was being said because it will only make me feel better once they're online, and moving again. That's when I'll feel better.
