Sooo, I am sometimes behind the times, which is why I enjoy working with the younger generation =] Now, I don't want to poke fun at these people, but I am curious to know what they could possibly be meeting for... Is it a counselling session, as in marital or is it a meeting where you are making friends with the other 'couples'?

I don't know but other than the 'wifes' these guys look pretty much like average, everyday Joes.

I can usually get by on 5-6hrs a nite but the last few nites of 2-3hrs is taking a toll.

actually about 6 hours is all the adult body really needs. young adults, about 8. teenagers, about 10.

BTW: As for the "Sleeping" Meds - I agree with Ya' . . . AND - There are a lot of OTC "Stuff" that really does work for a lot of People that - IMO - You should think of tryin' first . . . "Melatonin" (for one example) . . . Jusy Sayin' . . .

I have to be up in 5 hrs so I;m surfing some vape related stuff before I sack out. Finally starting to get tired. Last time I went to he Dr he asked if I needed something to help me sleep. Turned him down as I don't want to get started taking any meds to help sleeping. That's another one of those roads I don't want to go down unless it really becomes a problem. I'm pretty used to it by now but the older I get the harder it becomes sometimes. In my 20s and 30s I got used to working 80-100 hrs a week and going on no sleep wasn't a problem. Getting old ain't for wussies

Melatonin works great for a sleeping aid too. As we get older our bodies stop producing it.

Have you ever tried Benadryl? It's the "sleep aid" in 99% of the OTC sleep aids and it's just an antihistamine.

I used to do this, until it stopped working!

dayquil makes a syrup that is purely for sleep and that works pretty well!
before you try any of these things, try taking some melatonin in the morning. it builds up in your system naturally during the day and it depletes while you sleep, once it's all gone you wake up. so if you take a little extra it might help!

just got an email from m@d..v@pes that their security was compromised, my order (for a single battery for a mech) and all orders were cancelled and i should check my accounts for possible fraudulent activity. what the heck!!???
glad for possibly the 2nd time ever, i used a prepaid card. found an old giftcard in my junk drawer that had $9 on it and used that to make the purchase. erghhhhhh, safe, but erghhhhhhh

I just read this and YES>>>>> I did order from them within 1 week (the Memorial Day sale)of it happening to me..... I never got notice from MV... Just the bank.. I was told that it wasn't the vender.... it was the merchant services they use(the ones who don't speak english) just sayin'....... They usually don't get any account info, just the OK to ship....
