Speaking tanks, i was looking around the web trying to find a tank that would look really nice on top of my Vamo, and I really liked the look of the AGA tanks... the thing is, I don't want to deal with the process of rebuilding, or the finicky'ness of a Genesis style atty. I currently have a protank, and I think it looks "okay" but I like the look of machined metal with crisp lines better.

Is there a tank out there that has this? besides... the chrome has started to wear off of my protank, and maybe it's my imagination, but I think i can taste the brass underneath the chrome now :/

Thanks Jac and Schnarph! I have a $16 credit at ft that I used to order the 24kt trident clone that I thought would look great on my brass sentinels, but now am thinking of the I atty clone, which is what my son bought me with the m16 sentinel clone he got me for my birthday, then canceled it to get the trident, but I already have 2 RDA's. What to do? I'm so confused, but that's nothing new!

I would recommend a VVV premium polypro tank with SS or silver caps and a silver screw. mine matches my vamo perfectly.

2) Surprise visit from Mom today. My parents are somewhat near me at the moment because my Dad is attending an accounting convention (a concept I'm still struggling with). After greetings and hugs, Mom decides that my place isn't clean enough for her specifications. My place is generally clean, but even if I gave it 200% effort it would never be as clean as Mom makes it. I'm pretty sure some form of Chinese sorcery is involved. Perhaps I'm a descendent of David Lo Pan. That would be awesome.

It is true. I am quite frustrated with my AGA-Ts. Yes two. Then first one I had decided to lie to me for a week and made me order a second one. As soon as it shipped, the first one went right back to its evil ways.

I've tried 4 different gauge wires, kanthal and nichrome. 3 different thicknesses of Silica and two different grades of stainless mesh. The result has always been the same.

I've had the best luck using 5 wraps of 29 gauge kanthal wrapped around 2.5mm silica in a U wick configuration. But even that would have wicking issues after a several hits. And at that point, its nothing more than a 25 dollar Vivi Nova.

Even today... Put a fresh battery in the Natural, and all day the AGA-T has been under performing. Like ZERO vapor under performing.

Even when they work well, they only performed as well as a low res cartotank.

My IGO-Ls are performing beautifully, and are making the use of the AGA-Ts a very slim probability.
