3. I just started experimenting with removing the stock silica wicks from my clearos/tanks and inserting a cotton wick through the stock coil. You gotta be careful not to mess up the stock coils though... Depending on the brand, some coils seem sturdier and are wound looser around the stock wick and therefore are easier to re wick. Wish they would sell them prebuilt for this purpose.
So far, I've only used cotton ball to replace the flavor wick, but as I said, I get more gurgle issues. Next time, I'll try a smaller amount. BTW, does anyone know where you would look in walmart for cheesecloth? Is it the same as the cotton stuffing bag material they have for turkey? I like the cheesecloth idea because you have a lot more control over the amount of cotton you use.
Don't get me wrong the flavor was good I was just too worried about letting it get dry. Did not happened but I was worried. Who needs that kind of worry?
Wow I got all 5 in today. Go football means I do t have other people to steal my time as they are glued to TV. Some of it is lasts weeks recorded games...
1) Big, big, big shout-out to "Uncle" for hooking me up with one of my favorite interviews at ECC 2013. I think the interview turned out well, but most importantly, I met a really cool and fun person in the vaping business. AND, it's all thanks to "Uncle"!!!
I don't think cotton melts, I think it just burns LOL I can understand the fear in it though... one trick I saw once... person filled a styrofoam cup with water, put an egg in it, and put it above a fire. The styrofoam where the water was didn't burn or melt. I guess the water kept it cool enough... the egg eventually boiled and we enjoyed a hard boiled egg from an open fire cooked in a styrofoam cup
