I think I need more practice. Every time I try to use cotton in my evod, it ends up gurgling more, so I go back to the regular stuff. I think I'm using too much. Maybe I should buy some thread/yarn so I can control the size better.

4: I have been testing silica vs. cotton and IMO the cotton makes for a better flavor.

I will probably try some cotton in some of my atomizers eventually... I will probably go the cheapest route to start and steal some of my wives cotton balls to start... if I like the result, I'll probably buy some of the cotton yarn.

That's half the fun Cocoa... i first entered the contests for the sake of entering the contests, but after you start to get to know folks here you'll have more fun chatting that going through the tedium of trying to come up with something substantial to write.

I add a little cotton to my clearos. It helps it wick and with the flavor.

jj2, are you adding it as a flavor wick or are you rewicking the entire thing with cotton? I have a protank, and I was thinking of trying a couple different types of wicks... I have silica at home, so maybe a few out of the silica, and then a few different configurations with the cotton to see what works best.

2. I too have been adding a bit of cotton to my clearos/silica wicks. Using it as a flavor wick and it works great.
