Got to thinking about the vodka issue. Just a theory here. Seems possible one might have some e-vodka. Start with a battery device like an e-cig with what would appear as standard atty. But a special atty of types with a mini-still in it. Poke that special atty into a potato, hit the button for a few secs and wah-lah, put it out, direct to mouth, consume a few drops of e-vodka! Clearing these special attys would have some special issues I would expect.

Sounds ok but I'd rather have a map tank on it cuz I might need more than a few drops.

Can't see anything wrong with some variation. I would be very reasonable on the patent. Maybe with the map tank - call it Mapolichnaya Elit. Or maybe better still - E-Mapolichnaya Elit. Still in R&D phase with the distiller atty. A bit tricky with the piping in that small space and odors produced seem to be attracting an odd bunch. But most of the odd bunch seem sane.

I have heard rumors about an atty that was reversed engineered by some vapers, at area 51, using otherworldly tec. Heres hoping that the NSA doesn't come looking for you.

Not familiar with area 51. Is that for pilots recovering from alcohol problems? Or is it the area for stalking astronauts? Oops. What is NSA? Thinking of NASA ("otherworldly tec").

Ive had mine for 15 years and still going strong.... I clean mine with water, but the temp has to be 1500 degrees

Sounds good.
When my atty gets to 1500F it starts glowing which makes the detailing a bit more challenging.
I have to wear those bulky gloves then wait for cool down before I can see the bling.

The longest I have had an atty last is 3 years.

I had the atomizer wire plated with Military Grade Baloneium and the wick was custom made out of Pure Tantalum mesh.

Military Grade Baloneium will do in a pinch but Pyrophoric Uranium produces a kickin TH.
Too bad Uranium half life is only 4.5 billion years.
Also must be careful cleaning since it'll melt on ya above 2070F.
Hard to find a durable atty these days.

Cambodian breast milk is by far the best. In fact research has shown that Cambodian breast milk used with human urine and used through a ultrasonic clearer is the best. Also you might want to soak it in denture tablets for a week. After is comes out place it into a food dehydrator for a month. Dry burn for 15 minutes straight by pulsing the button on a VV. Set to highest voltage and work your way backwords by dividing the number by pie. Then and only then will the time space continum open releasing the secrets of the universe. Oh and don't forget to prime with 100% VG while storing.

I've always had to wonder just what people are doing to their atty's that causes them to fail so frequently... tons of posts in the forums stating that they're happy when they get 3 - 4 weeks out of an atty, and substantially lower times with cartomizers (many are claiming to only get a week or so with them)...

I just don't get it. I've only had 2 510 atty's fail on me, and both of those were because of user error - specifically, with one I fell asleep on my PV and melted it down, and on the other I broke the coil while trying to adjust the wick that had somehow worked its way into a weird position. My other ones (2 primary and 2 backup) have been very reliable for over a year of heavy daily vaping with minimal maintenance. I usually clean them about once a week or so by rinsing them out with hot tap water for a minute or so, blowing out the excess water, then dry burning until they glow without producing any vapor.

Maybe I'm just lucky :)

I think you got used attys. Prior owner used the Cambodian breast milk. Good for several hundred years.
