Weird issue with AGR tank?

I got a AGR V2 tank today in the mail with some boge cartos. My first carto tank so I'm very excited and of course I messed up the first assembly completely (Flooded the carto really bad... Punched the hole too low and probably too wide and everything else you could mess up).. Second assembly went just fine, followed pbsuardo's tutorial (which he used this exact tank, same carto and same punch tool I did) - no gurgling at all!

Now onto the issue: I throw it on top of my evic and it doesn't go down all the way too easy... When I get it all the way down, it gurgles... So I pull it off, redo the whole thing again, throw it on top where it connects but it's not ALL THE WAY down, it works perfect. Screw it another half turn to get it all the way down, gurgle. I'm worried about the threads on my evic when it's not all the way down because it is able to rock side to side a bit, but I can't use it when it's screwed all the way in...

Is it something I'm doing wrong, a defect, or maybe just something that happens with the evic or this specific tank a lot? If it's equipment specific, is there some kind of adapter I can get (like a spacer) so I don't mess up my threading?

Any help would be greatly appreciated - this tank is soooo much better than Vivi's and vapeonly BCC's I want to use it but...

That's really strange. I've been using a couple AGR V2s for the past couple days on my evic and they are working great. I had some flooding/gurgling issues when I first filled them, don't know why since I was filling it correctly, but it seemed to work itself out and they work fine when screwed all the way down. I haven't noticed my tanks being difficult to screw in all the way either.

I've been slowly screwing it down more and more as I vape on it and so far so good... Almost all the way down but not quite yet... We'll see! might have been something loose or whatnot.. I'll report back when I get to the bottom (Waiting for this tank to be almost empty so I don't have to empty it if it goes wrong again...)

I'd be careful trying to screw them on too tight. They do seem to push down the battery connector further than other attachments I've used, on my Vamo I had to replace the gasket with an small O-ring due to the wear.

You probably have juice down in the 510 connector from the first attempt, and it's flooding the carto's air holes when you screw it all the way down. Clean that sucker out.
