Ya know, part of my job is alerting el jefe to trending topics.....
This is a big part of it. You all know (and hopefully understand) that I am going to be progressively withdrawing in terms of engagement from ECF. I LOVE trolling the forum and cutting it up with y'all - and I will try as best I can to do it with regularity... but, at present, I have to read and moderate every post. What Megan is going to do in effect is sift through all the content of the forum, deliver me an "executive summary" (with links to specific posts) - so I can continue to be present and engaged with the community - but - do it more efficiently. The bottom line is - I want to be attentive and responsive to the community, it's a priority for me... but I have to find a way to do it AND attend to other business demands. MKR is allowing me to do my job, better.
That also includes stuff like flavor requests, or - what's going on in your personal lives. I really DO listen (and take copious notes) about suggestions, feedback, opportunities to improve the business and serve you better. I really DO care about vaperversaries, personal successes, and I really DO lament about set-backs (even if it's not vape related). She's going to be my filter. So - please, continue to do as you always do... and know that even if I am not liking every post - I'm listening and responding.
Hey - as a side note (and I will be making a separate thread on this) - we are watching the loyalty rewards survey VERY closely. Along with MKR's unofficial count, the survey tool will be one of the primary methods we use to make a determination about what flavors we should bring back, and when.
EDT: I tried to add the Switch to the survey but it won't let me modify it. Just consider it a shoe in.
