I haven't tried your juice yet and I'm already a HUGE fan. Right no there's a bit of "We Pay" madness going on and I wanted to make sure everything was all good. I picked up the phone and called. Boodle answered the phone and I had a very pleasant conversation with our new vendor. All I can say at the moment is that AltCig.com gets an A+++ rating for customer service! I can't wait to try the juices.

IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER, YOUR JUICE IS ON THE WAY TO YOU. It's either at the post office or will be tonight. With today being a national holiday, MLK Day, there is no mail service.

Wepay decided they will no longer accept orders for ecig products. They promised us that all payments were cancelled. We've spoken with many customers by phone, all have verified their payments were cancelled. Again, we apologize for the trouble.

Phone orders are being accepted using SquareUp for the remainder of the Grand Opening 50% off sale. After the sale, regular online credit card processing will be available.

What?! The charged me and added $.50 for processing! I don't understand - We pay "WePay", they accept our money and then don't pay you???

My payment with WePay has NOT been cancelled ... I just logged into my account with them and it shows:

"01-14-2012 AltCig.com Bill payment: AltCig.com Invoice #AC1211 Pending -9.99"

No wonder We Pay kept cancelling my order! I kept trying though, it seemed to go through after about the 4th time!

Don't worry, I'll follow up with this in the next few days and square up with you if they don't credit you with the payment.

With all the complications that can occur when opening a business, then this happens. I'm sure Boodle will sort it out. It's so stupid that wepay doesn't have 24hr customer service. If things don't work out I'm publicly stating that I will pay you for the juices if wepay doesn't allow you to receive the funds to you. I hope you find a better merchant to process funds through if wepay doesn't work out.

Here's the email I just got back from wepay in response to asking what happened.

Hi Scott,

Unfortunately we are not able to process payments for e-cigarettes so the payment was cancelled. The authorization on your card should fall off the card in the next 1-2 business days. It was most likely delayed by the bank holiday that happened yesterday.

Sorry Boodle, I don't want your thread to become a wehate-wepay thread, but I just got an email from peepay wanting to know what I thought of their response to my inquiry was. I told them exactly what I thought about them discriminating against our vendors. Lets see if I get a response to that!

That answered my question. I just sent you an email because they cancelled my second payment. Let me know how to get the cash to you and I'll make sure you get it.
