Just wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU! to Altcigs. Called them today about the WE(don't)PAY trainwreck. The incredibly helpful gal I spoke to was very apologetic about the payment processing nightmare. There is definitely nothing to apologize for! Altcigs was flat out backdoored by WP. I also did not get the ladies name on the phone, but to my astonishment she said they recieved hundreds of orders, and are shipping all of them! and will then have the uneviable task of sorting out payment. From what I've read about WP, they were supposed to be the the answer to PP. It appears that they are, if the answer to PP is PooPoo. I'm sorry about the rant, and I probably came off a bit childish...so be it. Altcigs will definitely be getting repeat business based on customer service alone. Please send me info on how I can pay you as soon as possible.

p.s. I can't wait to get a "how did we do?" email from WP!!!

I talked to her today too, second really nice conversation with her. Wanted to get that payment to them.

This new vendor has really impressed many of us with their willingness to go ahead and ship based on the honor system.

A really unfortunate event, but maybe a good result in the end.

And WePay should be feeling the pain from all the negative emails they have received, like mine. They had the nerve to send me a followup email asking how I like their service? Should NOT have asked, I let them have it with both barrels.

They even had the nerve to ask if they could be of service to me in the future. How unreal is THAT ?

Perhaps they feel like they are watching out for the "nanny state", but guess what, I don't have to be part of the "nanny state" !

Recieved my liquids and they are great right out of the mailer, will let them sit a few days before loading up some cartos. I have all the confidence that AltCig will do great and provide outstanding product and service for years to come.

I recieved a payment request from AltCig through Dwolla. I set up a Dwolla account but have not added banking info, would like to find a little info on Dwolla before I decide to use it or not. Has anyone here used Dwolla and what are your feelings? If you are using Dwolla do you use a dedicated/seperate banking account?

I can't wait to here some juice reviews. I just stopped my uncapped steep and will let them steep capped for a few days and will let you know what I think. I always do my steeping process to allow the best IMO flavor to emerge, especially with new flavors.

Well you guys, I haven't not received mine yet, but think they might arrive in Monday's mail. So looking forward to these. And I may try a little "out of the bottle" and then steep some also.

I know that I will not be able to resist.

Hope for some VG flavors in the future. With their wonderful mixing facility, it should not be a problem to advance to VG when things get rolling.

Edit: Of course, each flavor now contains a mix of PG and VG, but I know some vapers need or prefer higher or total VG content, which is what I was referring to.
