I have been waiting for them to do this one, I would much rather have the real McCoy but oh well shame on me.
Shall we call it the CC Odddy? Here is the link where I ordered from Terminator RA Tank- Large - $59.00 : Stormys Vapor Cellar, Electronic Cigarettes & More

well this is whats going to happen with almost all the devices i think, people are only going to wait so long for the exclusive 200 dollar device thats never in stock, before someone else steps up and gets close on a more mass produced item. if a lot of these mods are purposely short stocked to keep them exclusive and pricey it wont be long until other try to fill the void. just look at the success of the AGA.

Ay first I was excited when I saw this...but I saw a video review before it was removed and there are going to be some problems with this. The ceramic and some other things...geez gonna be a lot of burning and melting on this one. This clone is a fail. It is unlike the genesis clones out there where you can fix it yourself. Maybe on a v2, when they fix whats wrong with this one.

Sooner or later the lower end modders and copycats are going to figure this stuff out and realize hmm there is a strong demand for xxxx and yyy maybe we should copy that.

waited 2 months for a cobra and ZAP's are still not in stock (maybe the 15th) cmon man you cant find a local CNC shop to help whip these out with the same quality? then someone else will. it could be understandable if there was a secret ingredient somewhere, but we are waiting for no other reason but the quality of the finish and some laser engraving?

Is the small one a dripper? I saw these at Stormy's and came here looking for more info. I have to say I'm interested. Been trying to get and Oddy for quite a while now with no luck. I do have a Penelope and love it. I hope someone posts some more info on these as I'm interested in both of them. I have no problem investing in the real thing, but if I can get a clone that works without the hassle then I will.

Hold on to the Cobra...once you get the hang of things you will love it. Your hands get sore making the wick or wrapping the coils? It takes about 5 minutes to make a good wick....from start to finish...which would last you two months or more. For wrapping the coils with Kanthal....look at Zens video on provape. Lately, I have been doing coils with Nichrome.....far easier to wrap coils with nichrome without getting any hotspots....I use a non-resistance wire as the top coil/lead....works like a charm.

Sorry Alongo but your doing something wrong...the reason people go through the hassle of using genesis type of atomizers is not to save money....but rather because of the incredible vape. You get great amount of vapor, excellent taste, and a very smooth throat hit. Harsh metalic taste means you have hot spots and/or shorts. Zens video on provape or the peter K method of using a drill bit are good ways of making coils using kanthal. Personally, I love using nichrome/nonresistance wire combo....since you just wrap it, adjust it with your finger nails, and your done....takes a couple of minutes to do.

I had just about given up on SS wicks as I have been messing around for months with them and got decent results but not even close to what I can get with silica. That is until I ran across the video, it only deals with wrapping the coil but I am now a believer, I hope this will helps.

Thanks guys i will give it another try.
I think it came down to the fact that my coil wasn't tight enough on the wick with the exception on the top coil which of coarse was a problem. In the video that I linked to it is where the reviewer tightens up the whole coil by pulling with pliers as he locks down the positive connection. A good thing about this method is that you can gently remove the wick from the coil to oxidize it some more as I had to do.
Also have the wick just a hair larger diameter than the coil and carefully roll it in your fingers to get it down to desired size.

I couldn't agree with you more here, you nailed it. I support clones of products that fail to meet the supply and demand from consumers and I spend money with suppliers who care enough to at least try to meet it.

I agree. I bought my first DiD clones with the intention of finding out if building gennys was something I would enjoy doing, or more importantly, if it was something I'd be able to do successfully, before jumping into the "boutique" models. As it turned out, the clones suit me fine. There's no way I'm going to lay down $150+, and scramble to put my name on a list, for something I might not receive for several months.
