Welp. Looks like I gotta come back to the mechs.

Because I'm hedging my bets with these new regulations >_>. Just in case we're talking worst case scenario, I want to make sure I've got something around once my regulated equipment fails (plus, you know, I do feel the itch to go down memory lane every now and then) I've been out of the game for a while. Like a REALLY long time. I don't really know where to go for these things anymore. I can't even remember where i used to buy them. Probably looking for a Nemesis. Always came back to that one. Got a lot of love for the good ol' Nemmy, even if it's mostly nostalgia LOL.

Bonus points if they sell all the readers and what not too. I've been looking around my local vape shop, but they don't really have anything that suits my fancy. They only thing they had that I was familiar with was a stingray, and as I recall, I didn't much like that one.

So legit places to buy? Not fasttech though. I don't wanna wait that long.

If you had gone just bit down this forum you would have seen this thread which addresses you question rather nicely:

Where to buy mech mod clones from?

On the subject of mech mods - welcome back. :)

I never left and am pretty well equipped IF it becomes necessary, as my mech mods outnumber my regulated mods by 2 to 1. I guess my point is that I never left mech mods and actually prefer them regardless of what the FDA does.

If your order is over $20 and in stock it takes about 9 days from China to So Cal.
Fasttech.

I love mechs because boxes are ugly and DC tastes better.
Sometimes ya just need a lil brass in your life

I browsed that post. Maybe I'm a bit selfish, but I really prefer specific recommendations when I'm looking for something though.

I know I kick myself a lot that I got rid of all my gear when I downsized. I went real simple for a while, with just a couple small Itaste sticks, and it was fine. But I'm back with the higher tech gear, and I want the mechs back just to cover my bases. Plus they're cool. Gah, why did I get rid of my stuff >_<

Just out of curiosity (as I know between you and Ninja you have both), which sees more use. The timekeeper or the able?
I use the timekeeper everyday. Ninja uses the able a good bit. I would say the timekeeper gets more use, mainly because of the shape/feel in the hand.
