you want an IMR battery or does it have to be that exact battery. Blue and all. If you tell us what kind of battery it is it might be easier to loicate. What kind of mod are you putting it in?
That looks like a 18650 battery. Without knowing which device (whether if your device has any protections) it will be hard to recommend!
That said, There are a few that are highly recommanded. They are panasonic protected cells, AW cells, NCR cells etc....
Let us know what are your requirements are.

no problem, but we can work with that, so does it have a screen? can you adjust anything? or does it just have the one button that you press and vape?
if this works by just putting the battery in and pressing the button. then it would be called unregulated voltage and there are many types like this.
so are you trying to just identify this one or looking for another that works the same?

Maybe a slightly better picture, with the APV a bit larger and closer up would lend some clues. It seems a bit out of focus and too far away to identify much about it, other than it appears to be an APV with a Protank or something similar on top. Any additional information would be helpful.
