An update on the Wet Your Stick Liquids Caramel:
Five people voted last night- the consensus is it doesn't ring of caramel, maybe a hint for a few of them, but overall they liked it. It was more of a tangerine taste, they say. I am not a good reference for fruity flavors- so far I have not liked any fruity tastes besides the banananut. We also used the Wet Your Stick flavorless to mix our own last night...its a good mixing liquid- they are PG, keep that in mind. Also, the little mini bottles he sends with each order are perfect for mixing! (and they whistle when you blow on them...lol)
Customer service is awesome- so far people seem to be very happy with the juice- thumbs up from some vapors in ATL!

Unfortunately, I don't have a precise and definitive recipe for the ultimate best result but many mixes of slight variation are very good and quite close.

Using 24 mg tobacco and 24 mg Vanilla, anything between a 70/30 and 80/20 ratio produces a good result. Final concentrations between 14 and 24 mg work well.

The taste comes through perfectly at times and not so perfectly at other times. But if I remember correctly, often times cigarettes would taste different at different times and in different situations. Sometimes they were delicious and sometimes they tasted like crap.

Nevertheless, this mix DOES taste realistically close to a genuine tobacco cigarette but unique in the way that it never tastes like crap. I will say I'm very happy that real cigarettes don't taste this good or I never would have put them down.

My wife is very pleased with me and I think if you try it, you will also be pleased if that's the taste you want on occasion.

Well i decided to order a shipment of Wet Your Stick e-liquid, hoping for that Crazyhorse was right, and thank you for the advice...Man it is so good, i can barely put my e-cig down! Its so damn good, i have been dripping constantly. I got Menthol, Vanilla, and Cuban Cigar, to start with, cause i am definitely coming back. The menthol is just as good as any menthol cigarette i have ever smoked, and i decided to try and mix two flavors together. I mixed Vanilla and Menthol, and man is it yummy! I will be trying Cuban in a day or two, and i will come back with the results.

What I'm enjoying so much about the WYS liquid is the complexity and richness of the flavors. Where it really gets interesting is in the mixes. They do blend beautifully. As a "connie-sewer" of fine cigars, I'm having a great time concocting mimics of the flavors I love.

Now I'm working at dialing in one of my all-time favorites. The Padron 1926 Anniversario. It's an oily maduro from Nicaragua with a strong flavor of chocolate. I'm getting close already with a blend of Cuban Cigar and Chocolate and a slight touch of Vanilla. What I'm really going to need to perfect it is some spice. Perhaps something with a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg will do the trick. Note to self: check into the Lorannes flavors.

Once I get this one down, I'll move on to the holy grail... a habano Hoya de Monterrey Double Corona LOL Nicely aged examples of this cigar can go for $100 a copy. It will be sweet if I can duplicate this flavor out of a few bottles of e-liquid.

I got the replacement Rum flavored bottle today from the leaking one in my last shipment. VERY fast shipment from Matt for the replacement. Thanks! And it was worth the wait! MAN is that good! Instead of going to work smelling of cigarettes, I can go in reeking of booze. :D (kidding, no smell)

Cuban Cigar is also a knockout. The mint was a bit too minty for me, but I find that if I draw on it less, I enjoy it more. The conventional tobacco flavor is also good

Overall, very satisfying. Will be buying from you again. :)

Last night I mixed up some 24 mg Vanilla, Tobacco, and Chocolate in a roughly 50/25/25 ratio and cut it to 14 mg strength with PG.

This provides a very interesting flavor that offers a strong tobacco taste. I can't put my finger on a close match to quantify it but there's no sweetness and a very pleasurable harshness. It's very much un-vapelike and quite reasonably described as genuinely smoke-like.

Oh and also, I'm not a drinker, and because of that, you'll have to forgive me for my ignorance.

Of the liquors I've tasted...I absolutely LOVE whiskey, brandy....dark liquors...etc. Would the rum be comparable to that flavor? Again, I'm not too keen on liquors because I don't drink, but if I did...I'd probably go through a gallon of Johnny Walker Red or Black label a day...

How would you guys (and gals) rate the throat hit?

Hi Raven,

I wish somebody else would answer you because before reading this forum I wouldn't know a throat hit from a sharp stick in the eye. I keep seeing the term written here but in all my life (with around 40 years of intermittent tobacco experience) this is the only time I've ever heard of it. It's not exactly a priority to learn about this so I won't be doing any research ;)

I don't have the foggiest idea on how to "rate" a throat hit but since you asked, I'll try it to give an answer. If throat hit means the vapor makes you choke and gag as in: rip out your throat : I'd say the throat hit is lousy. If it means the vapor can make you spit a lung if you take to much, yeah, it can make you cough if you take too much. If it means you get the same pleasant sensation you get from inhaling fine tobacco smoke, then yeah, it works and I give it a good rating.

Your other question is much easier for me. Rum is distilled from sugar cane. It can be light, dark or any shade in between. It can be very, very good. If you enjoy a fine whiskey or brandy, you will indeed enjoy a fine rum.

That's what it means/I was looking for.

And, as for the rum...damn it, I shoulda picked some up, I already placed an order for the tobacco flavor...
