My money is on TN, my homestate. I don't miss it there at all.
My guess is we'll see just a few more states go legal, then it will be federally legalized long before the remaining states get around to it. My state should be legal within a couple of months, but here again, I said the same thing this time last year. But it's so heavily decrimmed that I don't hide it at all. A minor speeding ticket is considerably worse than an MJ ticket. And a dispensary is close-by so on the personal level I don't care, but at the same time I can't wait because my rural community is in serious need of some new jobs.
I don't see ads, but I've heard about 'em. I was honestly worried that this whole subforum would get shut down, what with all the prohibitionist outrage at the start of it. At this point I am confident that the CF is here to stay
Our county prosecutor was bragging about how he “works” with people charged with marijuana crimes to participate in the pre trial diversion program so the charge is dismissed, it’s their bread and butter he said lol. Gotta put my mod hat on for one moment here, and just say that we should really be careful with what we say if we are in places where penalties are harsh. The CF walks a thin line with that sort of thing, as ECF doesn't want to / can't be promoting illegal things. Marijuana is a rapidly changing landscape, and laws vary dramatically even within a single country, even moreso between countries. It's "legal enough" at this point that ECF decided to allow this discussion, but it's on us as individuals to decide what's acceptable to contribute here.

I don't for a second think it poses an actual risk to the individual from a legality point of view, but let's just be careful, if not for our own sakes then for that of ECF and the CF's longevity.
I'm very forthcoming with my own possession and use because where I live it's a minor ticket, and I'm not about to go deleting posts that indicate people possess/etc in places where that's not the case unless I feel compelled to do so for some other reason or unless I sense that it's for something more than personal use. I respect OP's decision to close this thread down.
