Having dabbled an created a ton of herbal and holistic concoctions over the years and since there are a ton of herbal non-tobacco cigs on the market---I just wonder if anyone has tried making herbal infusions with their vg before blending their flavors (or even as their flavors)? I'm not sure about vaping, but for example, Mullien has been inhaled for centuries for bronchitis. I thought I'd like into this approach and wondered what others thought. (and yes, herbs should be treated like medicines and researched before dabbling)<---obligatory disclaimer :D

Oils used to be in nose drops and oil was discovered to be a serious problem in the lungs back in the 60s. It's use in respiratory products was banned back then. Oil in the lungs just won't be removed like water based materials and not enough people know that, even on this board.

This is something that needs to be talked about.

Dave, Definitely thanks for the heads up; but I was actually thinking of an infusion with the VG, itself. Not making a seperate infusion and then adding it. Sorry, when I wrote it I was thinking of the same process a when I make an oil infusion---similar to making a tincture or an extract. Should have been clearer with my typing!
Str8V8, I'm only wondering about herbs that are already acceptable on the market for smoking herbs. And just as a point of interest and curiosity---I myself, prefer a natural route.
Thanks to you both as u stumble on the learning curve :D
