One of the drawbacks of smoking is that I walk around smelling like an ashtray. If I were to quit smoking and only vape will be walking around smelling like a blueberry scone, banana split or maybe grape bubblegum? I live alone and I don't know my neighbors well enough to ask them to "sniff me." Or if I vape Pina Colada while I'm driving and get pulled over by a cop, is he going to make me do roadside sobriety tests?

Unflavored is always an option or just a touch of mint or a regular liquid greatly cut with unflavored to reduce smell. I don't find the smell of vapor lingering the same way tobacco does.

As for an officer expecting a field sobriety test due to the smell of pina colada liquid, pretty unlikely. :D

Edit to add that in the grand scheme of things I'd favor smelling like a blueberry over smelling like an ashtray.

A couple of the Inawera tobaccos leave a smell like cat pee, horrendous, but other than that, I might notice a sudden blast of marshmallow right when the shower hits me.

A lot of cops and military know vape and do it themselves. Result of non-athlete/smoker finding themselves in an athletic role.

I wouldn't worry about smelling like a blueberry scone, a banana split, or maybe even grape bubblegum. IMO, the smell of any of those (or countless other eliquids), is much more desirable and pleasant on a person, their clothing, and their hair...than the smell of any cigarette's smoke.
