What am I doing wrong?

I'm thoroughly impressed with the customer service and prices at V4L but I'm having difficulty obtaining the same vapor production from the WOW Blank Carto's that I get from my V2 Pre-filled Carto's. I ordered DeeJstuff juice, with a 60PG/40VG blend so I could get a good throat hit and loads of vapor and I've tried the condom method as well as putting drops into the filler, but it's not producing the vapor I'm looking for.

I've tried using a brand new carto and still nothing....Any advice, folks?

Mr. Mack sir suggest not using the condom method, just dip into the batting then do the taryn spin. Other than that, what type of batt are you using? Never had an issue getting vapor production from a wow carto.... Possibly it's not making a good connection?
