what am i doing wrong?

ok so my halfling arrived last week and i'm kinda annoyed because i can't figure out how this thing is supposed to come together. maybe i'm over(or under)thinking this but when i push the carto tube all the way in there's no room to insert the drip tip.




so when i push the drip tip in the carto tube is pushed out about a third of the way. that can't be right either. it'd be nice if these things came already assembled for maroons like me. kinda frustrating. any ideas? cuz it'd be nice to actually use this dagnabbit contraption.

Take the rubber plug out of the cart, the drip tip goes into the cart...

Yeah, take the plug out of the carto, that is where the drip tip goes. You will have some of your carto sticking out of the top though. Those are meant to be used with mini cartomizers.

I don't use the shorties, so you might be able to find a better deal somewhere else but that was the first site that popped up when I googled for them.

By looking at your picture again, it looks like you do have the shorty cartos.

Looks like you just need to pull the plug.

i totally didn't think to pull the rubber plug thingy out. this is my first carto tank so i just figured it was supposed to stay in there but after taking it out everything fits. thanks guys. boy i do feel stupid.
