I did receive my order via SG post and then USPS..contrary to what FT customer service told me, my order was never rejected by SG Post, returned to FT and reshipped....my order took about 21 days from date of order to my mailbox (26 Sept- 17 Oct), which I can't complain about, and only about a week longer than normal....however it was quite an experience and nothing like my previous orders prior to 31 August which went very smoothly...
FT....customer service provided me wrongful information and would not reply to my open ticket for 4-6 days...FT packaging was very poor and not bubble wrapped , explaining why postal authorities may refuse responsibility and any liability for damages.
SG Post....provide no tracking other than Phys Item RCD, and Dispatched Overseas (which FT stated was not true)
USPS...provided no tracking at all until the package was at my local post office in town and delivered that same day..
Collectively, there was a lack of info by all involved...but the end result was good and a learning experience for me that I had never experienced before with FT...never expect any info regarding your order once FT confirms its been shipped, because it may just show up at your 1 day when U least expect it..
I will continue to buy from FT but wait til they work out some current shipping and customs issues, and their month long backlog is cleared up..U can't beat their prices, but must have a lot of patience and forget about your order until it just appears at your door 1 day....also I have never had any problems with any item I ever bought from FT as far as quality or DOA....everything from heads, coils, batts, liquid, have all been good and as described..
