BTW regular AW 18650 do not fir in the LT. It functions but the batt is too long even the flat top. So you will be fine with the IMRs - which will fit your LT, because the batts it comes with are junk.
actually im looking for batterys that will fit both the omega and the lava tube. i have the batterys that came with the lava tube and was expecting them to work in the omega also and later i well pick up some more of those batterys that will fit both

so if the aw imr are longer that makes me worry, i have even shorter batterys than aw, with no button top. can someone try their lava tube battery in their omega and confirm if it will indeed fire with them. im sure someone here has those two mods
No need to. The Omega and SB for that matter take them all because of the bottom spring.

That one definitely isn't a IMR battery, just based on its C rating( it has a 2 C rating) IMR should be much higher, and the battery capacity. But it will definitely suite the need of any pv since hte current limit is pretty large to start with.
But is it safe to use in an omega

But is it safe to use in an omega

Since i don't own a omega or do I don't to much about it, I can't really give a concrete answer for it.

but theoretically going off by its posted stats:

Capacity: 2600mAh
Nominal Voltage: 3.7V
Length: 65mm
Diameter: 18mm
Max Charging current: 2.6A
Max Discharging current: 5.2A
Size: 18650 (Cylindrical)

Yes it should be safe to use on a omega unless your omega requires a current draw higher then 5.2A.

I = V/R 5.2= 4.2/ R

R= . 807

Even at its top voltage ( 4.2v fully charged) it would require a 0.80 ohm atomizer to push it past its max discharge rate of 5.2A. Even then the protected circuit should kick in and prevent that ( i'm assuming its has a protected circuit, you need to contact the vendor to make sure)

So answer your questions, yes it should be safe to use on a omega since by its stats it pretty much the same size as the standard imr and its rated amp draw is more then enough the omega.
