Cartos, clearomizers, and tanks that taste nasty. I've done the research, I've had first hand experience, and the filler they use to soak up the juice makes it taste nasty. Also, I love dripping, but I hate having to drip. Supposedly this will be fixed when I get my ViVi Nova.

But I'm highly skeptical. We will see.

Oh well, it's not a party until the cops show up. :)

*****

I really do have a serious Pet Peeve, though. Serious, because lives are involved.

Vendor websites that are INCREDIBLY uninformative, and just seem to assume that the visitor understands ALL of the lingo, and what all of the items listed are used for and go with, how they work, how to use them, and why anyone would want to buy them.

These people are not - or should not be IMO - just in the business of selling things. They are also - like it or not - in the business of saving lives, and IMO they're not doing a very good job of it. And they'd succeed better at both - selling things, and saving lives - if they went to the relatively small trouble of putting a hell of a lot more content on their sites about each and every item they sell.

When I go to a site and I'm confused after researching this stuff for a year, I can only imagine how a total novice must feel. It's a universal failing among sellers of anything, or of people in general, to tend to assume that everyone knows what they know, when that is not at all the case.

Every vendor should take a very hard look at the catalog of the industrial supplier "Grainger's", where on just about every other page is an extensive tutorial on the items in any particular category; what it does, what it's made of, why one material is better than another for a particular application, the physics involved, how to use it, the works.

And the hell of it is, they'd sell more stuff. Lots more. Anyone else feel this way?

All the funny looks I get from work when I vape.... Then the questions flow in! :O I'm happy to answer them though. Any PV is FAR better than a "Stinkie"!

Or, in the middle of a vape session, having my eGo decide that it's had enough and walk out on the job, while I'm left expecting a nice mouthful of vapor and getting nothing, then realizing, my other battery is in my toolbox, back at my work station....

I'd just like to point out that there is some serious animal discrimination going on here.
An ... is permitted but a certain animal that rhymes with boat gets censored?!
Kidding! :D

I hate it when that happens, my twists are so temperamental, lights blink hysterically one day, then nothing just go dead the next, no warning, nothing! I wonder if this a problem with all of them or just pink ones?

Yeah, something like that could really get my goat. :)

[See y'all in a month or so!] LOLOL

I have about six of them (no pink ones yet, despite rumors to the contrary), and they all work as expected - in other words, I go through them like Skittles! I must swap out my battery five or six times a day, which is why I tell people to get three of them if they can. They definitely give you very little by way of warning, but for me, that's just part of their charm. :)

I hope that when you say "dead", you just mean in need of a recharge .... much like myself! I need a vacation, BAD! I'm workin' harder than a 650 Twist in a roomful of chain vapers .... a cruise maybe? Sue, wanna meet me in Hilo? :)

Hell yes! I give this whole post a standing ovation. I had vets try to help me when I started, and just got overwhelmed going to this site and that site, and someone says get a carto tank. I don't know what a carto tank is, I don't know what the different cartos are, what the SR or LR meant, why I would want punched or unpunched cartos, do I need a meter? etc. etc. etc. Either much better descriptions that say you're going to need this and this to make it work, or kits that come with EVERYTHING needed to get started. A kit with 2 twists and a drop down to choose cartos, clearos, a vivi nova and some juice would kick .... I felt like it was going to be a scavenger hunt all over the internet. This is why with a noobie on the street, if they're not all that internet shopping savvy, I send them to SI and tell them get the large batteries or small ones if they must and decide on any juice delivery system they see... everything on the site works with everything else on the site. It would be much easier if a vendor would have their eGO twist and then everything that would fit on it on one page instead of having it broke up by "batteries" "cartos". I know what I'm doing now, and I know to come here and ask if what I'm looking at fits on what I have, but it would be easy to get overwhelmed otherwise.

My peeve of the day.... juice descriptions. Don't tell me it's fabulous, tell me what flavors I might find in there. I don't expect you to tell me your recipe, but something called "Fabulicious" doesn't help me decide if I want to try it. If I go to the store or bakery, either the name tells me something about what flavors are in it, or there's an ingredients list. If Sara Lee can tell me what's in HER baked goods without worrying that I'm gonna duplicate it at home and stop buying it, so can you.

After doing this for 3 1/2 years, I'm STILL confused as what works with what.
Please, Vendors, PLEASE!!!!!!! I'm BEGGING here!

^ This ^

Sara Lee pecan coffee cake is tasty. I CAN make my own. I DO buy them already made. I do DIY a lot of juice, but there are some favorites I buy pre-made. One is "honeydew Melon" wouldn't be hard to duplicate, maybe, but I don't see the point. I like it the way my vendor makes it.
Just tell me "Fabulicious" is a berry blend, heavy on the blackberry, and I know if I want to try it or not. If you won't say, I'm not buying.:glare:

This is too funny. Once or twice I posted some pics of goat asses on another thread when everyone was getting sappy about their dogs. And later someone requested a goat ... pic from me then threw me under the bus when I did it! Said I was a weirdo for having goat porn. Google images- duh!

Ummm .... ix-nay on the oats-gay, otay? ...... we got a warning about "bestiality" references, and pending my appeal to the ACLU, I'd consider it "in effect".

Really? Who is we? And where is that warning?

I don't think a reference to bestiality occurred but it does make one raise an eyebrow.

Well "we" would be the participants in this forum, and the warning is at what used to be Post 1160.

Now excuse me while I think up a good Vaping Pet Peeve, before this thread gets closed.
