YOU MEAN THERES LIFE OTHER THAN vaping!!!???? :D
Love ur movie collection, esp on saturdays!

And nice watches! Everyone seems so interesting, I basically work to support my vaping hobby. I vape all the darn time, constantly switching PVs so another one doesnt get jealous. So, I guess vaping is my only hobby-I dunno if I could possibly find time for anything else!!!!

:D

Things I do besides vaping:

1) Photography - I'm a semi professional photographer.

2) Graphic design - I'm a professional graphic artist.

3) Play in a band - I've been playing bass in bands for nearly two decades now.

4) Work on my car - I have a 1972 Datsun 240Z that I'm in the process of restoring.

5) Garden - I spend the bulk of my weekend days working in my yard and garden.

6) Listen to music - I listen to about 3 albums a day.

7) Playstation - At the moment I'm addicted to Beatles Rock Band.

Those are just the things that come readily to mind. As with everyone here, there's a lot more to my life than sticking a gadget in my mouth and sucking out water vapor.

@ 316lvm......

If you are going gem hunting in NC make sure to go to this little town called Hiddenite, NC.

It sits directly over one of the world's largest emerald deposits........and is the only place you can find a gem called Hiddenite. That is where the town got its name.

Thank you a million times over!! Is this the emerald desposit that some guy found when everyone told him there was no emerald deposits in NC?

Have you gone there?

I'm so jazzed. Thanks, I owe you 1!!:D

420 -

Yep, it's the same guy that I read about. Everyone thought he was nuts. He found the gem on the last day before he was to lose everything back to the bank. The story goes that he had nothing to lose since everything was going to be repossesed, so he got in his back hoe and dug a couple of holes. I think it was the 3rd hole he dug up his gem. Some of the emeralds rival Brazillian ones.

Will have to do some research - at one time you could go digging there for a fee.

There are a couple of other places in NC for gem collecting - have those on my list as well.

Thanks again!!

My hobby is collecting Zippo lighters. I stated this when I was still smoking. I have over 70 at the present time. I collect the llimited and numbered one. Some I have the entire line such as Elvis, Beatles, John Wayne. I can say I don't actually enjoy this as much as I did when I was smoking although I never opened or used any of the collectors zippo.

I am still buying and collecting.

martha.......have you ever seen the zippo type lighters that Coca-Cola made in the 60's? They were small replicas of the classic Coke bottles. Coke gave them out to vendors as a small thank-you.

I picked one up in mint condition for a dollar 3-4 days ago........found out they sell at auction for around 35 bucks.

I work Friday and Saturday nights as a DJ, play in a band (with regular practice sessions, for once), ride my motorcycle, and spend most Sunday nights playing D&D. Lol... reading that makes me sound like a college student, but I'm a 42 year-old retired grandfather :)

Being retired opens up a whole new world of fun! I retired from the USAF almost 20 years ago here in Greece. During the summer I spend a lot of time 4B hunting. During the winter I try to perfect my hibernation technique.
