What can cause voltage drop on GGTB?

I have had a nagging thought for some time, that my GGTB doesn't give as much vapour as my Silver Bullet. I decided to do a little test using a 510 Clearomizer without the plastic tube and a freshly charged LIMN 14650.
The battery measures 4.18 volts without load.
On the Silver Bullet, i measure 3.8volts under load directly on the clearomizer.
On the GGTB i get 3.3 volts under load!
Only difference is the PV itself and a 901/510 adapter and somehow i doubt the adapter can cause a voltage drop of 0.5 volts.
So, the question is: what causes the voltage drop, and what can i do about it? All thread are clean, and GGTB is assembled tightly.

clean battery poles and the spring clavit. Also check the spring inside button

I think i got it now!
I measured resistsances on various parts of the GGTB, and it turns out the spring had a resistance of about 0.5 ohms.
I made a copper spring from a BB Hot Spring i had lying around, and now i get 3.8-3.9 volts at the clearomizer

yeah, I use the type 4 brass springs... they work pretty well too.

spring has a 0,2 resistance clavit. Clean it and you will see

its ok clavit. 0,2 or 0,3 is a very small difference that meassure units cant discover.

clavit, check here and you will see that our meters cant meassure very small changes. Mine shows 0,1 and sometimes 0,2 ohm.
