Is there a reason you want to make a tobacco flavor, without using any tobacco flavoring? I'd imagine you could get some nice flavors with the flavorings you have, but it's hard to really understand what you are targeting. "Nutty" flavors sometimes translate to tobacco, but I'd say your best "tobacco flavored mix" may need to also contain tobacco, although there are almost infinite things you can do to "add accents" to tobacco that can be nice (so I hear, I'm not so into tobaccos). So you do have plenty of options, and if you don't enjoy the taste of some "artificial" tobaccos, you could try an NET flavor).
If you have a tobacco juice you'd like to amend by adding things you could try that too... I'd probably pull out 10 ml "taster" of the stuff, then add a few drops of a few flavorings that sound good to you, let steep a bit, and see how it tastes.
But, if you're looking for something slightly different without actually using tobacco you've gotten some good general ideas, although all flavor manufacturers are different in terms of exact flavor, but also flavoring strength, so more info is needed.
I would suggest checking out the DIY forum, if you plan to mix standalones for sure.
If you happened on something you liked, write it down so you can repeat it (if you haven't already) best of luck,
Anna
