You're getting a quite thick liquid. Per the MSDS from where you purchased, (Link),: "Vegetable Glycerin is a clear, colorless, and odorless viscous liquid.". . .
I bought a 3 liter bottle of PG and a 3 liter bottle of VG for my mixing setup. VG is very thick. The most I use when mixing is 20%. If you intend on using it without PG as a base you will definitely need to dilute it with something like distilled water or vodka.
I will be using PG I have some but running out of that too . I bought before from an ecig vendor and this VG was cheaper but I have not yet found a source for PG . I paid the same price as 120ml from a vendor for just one of the two Kgs . Shipping actually was more than the VG but it was still cheaper .

I wonder if you got the 120 ml PG from TastyVapor.us? Slow shipping to Canada. 2 kg is about 2,000 mls. You may get more expert opinions on what and where to get in the DIY Forum. They mix them all the time. Don't want to vape cattle feed!
Edit: I don't see see any human figure on that jug, man, just farm animals!
I mix at 50% / 50% PG, VG but even then the VG is too thick so to prepare it for mixing I dilute the VG 25% with distilled water (3 parts VG, 1 part DW).
