Ok I traded somern4081 stuff for what I was told is a ego, however it is not so I'm wondering what it is I got since I really like the atty and carts that came with it.
It is 510 threaded, the atty is longer, the carts are longer, the battery has a rubber button that lights orange, and has gold accents, and the cone has a larger opening.Ego stuff is to the right in the pic next to the parts from the unknown for comparison.

Ok, so i think i figured this out, the atty and cart seem to be 510 mega, the battery seems to be a riva although the site i was told it was purchased at said its a ego, anyway, i'm quite happy with the trade

well orangeish, what color is on a riva, either way it comes off the charger at 4.2 volts and vapes better than my egos so I'm happy till i finish my vv mod
