I was curious to see what people started with. I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and have mentioned on ECF a few times how I came to vape what I vape now. Only I'm curious to see who else started with the BLU or BLU type products And have moved into something else now and what it may be.
I started with blu and went back to analog with avengance and them went to ego-t and am now on MVP2.
Funny part is I have an eroll that I still enjoy once in a while. (Eroll and blu are similar IMHO)
Was just curious who else to a similar long road to vaping

Blu for me. Loved the classic tobacco taste. Loved that tiny little charger case that carried everything I needed in my shirt pocket. Loved how stealthy they were. Ignorance is truly bliss though because I really didn't know any better. The Blu carts are something like 3.0 ohms and it was always hard to get any kind of throat hit with 13mg nic. (and with that 3 second battery cutoff). The carts were pricey too.

Too bad Big Tobacco owns Blu - I might still be using them as a backup of sorts. Can't stand the thought of lining Lorillard pockets anymore.

I honestly can't remember the brand I started with. It was convenient store bought, and I did about 6 of those until I found V2. I was okay with the convenient store ones and very pleasantly surprised at how well eCigs worked, but wanted more and liked idea of batteries that can be reused, rather than disposable.

Still with V2 after 2+ years of vaping. Just got 3 new batts from V2 (for free, under lifetime replacement policy) and as it works for me, I currently have very little desire to bump up to something more grand and shiny.

Started with a Blu before they got bought out ... still wasn't great back then but at least the atomizer and cartridge were separate. The refils were much cheaper back then and you could refill them yourself a few times each. Still wasn't good enough to get me off analogs tried them again and was super disappointing (dud cartridges, high price and just not great).

All in all though they got me to look into better options here and have since moved on to an ego and then a vtr and doing well.

I started like four years ago with a v2 kr-808 pen style congress flavor prefilled cartos...Actually used it for a few months before getting some egos and some fluxomizers, cartos, and 510 atomizers. From there, it was all about the juice. I had to search far and wide for my ADV. I finally found a couple, and then went on to the provape1 and mvp2 with protanks and the occasional rda setup. I think I had a very natural progression...

They are still refillable. My fiancé is still using blu. I've had her try my MVP2/aero and she prefers Blu for whatever reason. In any event I refill her cartos for her with RY4 or Irish Cream.

I started 2 years ago with a Joytech Ego - C Kit. Used it for a couple weeks then went looking for better. Moved to a spinner and twist with several different clearos. Settled in on an IBTanked, Kayfun, Provari, with Spinners and Evods for mobile use. To me this all works well. I did get the new Aspire Nautulus and it is fine, but no better than a Carto Tank set-up.

I originally started with blu disposable e cigs. I wasn't really happy with the perfomance or taste. Longevity wasn't all that great. I then switched to an ego battery type from apollo vapor. Better tasting, more options to choose from, and a better quality product. Still at that wasn't impressed with vape time. Switched to Apollo's V- tube mod and was completly blown away. Every thing worked great. I swore by it for the longest time untill six monthes later when the power button quit working. Now im currently looking for a better quality mod.

I started with an ego-c kit from Totally wicked. I thought that was it really. Those stupid little expensive atomizers and the small plastic carts that hold like 1ml. Finally one day I got frustrated with it and went to check out the new and only vapor lounge that opened in town. I left there with an evod and was just blown away by the difference. I haven't looked back since.

I also kept on popping those $5 atomizers and had no idea why. Well one day I found my multimeter and tested the voltage and my twist was putting out almost 6v no matter what setting it was on! No wonder I wasn't getting very good battery life out of it and it would give me a burning taste with all my clearos.

Was just thinking as I take a nice robust hit from my MVP2 and compare that to the hits I would get off my blu and ego that it's amazing how satisfying the newer more powerful devices are in comparison to the older less expensive. Lol
Expensive is a bad word for that. Between the MVP and t3 I started with the blu was quite a bit more. Then I pad almost 40 for my first ego blister pack from a B&M. I paid 40 for MVP2 on eBay and 10 for my aero.
And I only started a few months back. Wow I was stupid. Lol
