what do you bring in a mosh pit?

i'm going to a concert/festival on the 25th and i need opinions on what i should bring. i'm sure my vmod can last through 12 hours of crowd surfing and fist pumping with the occasional mosh pits here and there.


any vapers out there brought their pv to a concert? how did you keep it on you? did you use a cell phone case? did it break? did you lose it? i'm scared of losing my vmod =s. i wanna bring extra juices as well (very small bottles). what did you bring to a concert?



there's always a damn camel tent at all the concerts i go to here in my area and i will not be walking into their tents for free samples ever again =).

I took 4 sd keyrings with super shorty cartos to the last metal fest I went to. They are only $20 so I don'care if I lose them. They hit really well and last a long time and tiny to keep in your pocket

I haven't been to a show like that in a while, but if I were going to one (and I used to go all the time), I'd bring my 2 KGO batteries and a handful of prefilled stardusts. When disassembled I can fit these in a standard "change pouch" which is easily pocketable. I might even look for one with a key ring so I could attach it to my belt loop or something. I wouldn't bring anything that I cared too much about since there's a good chance it will get lost, stolen, damaged, wet, dropped, etc.

I totally forgot about those Camel tents at the big concerts. I think they stopped having them around here, since I haven't seen one since maybe 2004 or so. I remember we'd all go in for 2 free packs of cigs and the only catch was that they made you open them before you left.

Anyway, have fun! And don't forget there will likely be security at the entrance and you'll have to explain to them this stuff that you're bringing in.

if there are any girls going with you, i'd have one of them hold onto your stuff while you mosh. if that's not possible, i'd wear cargo shorts with lots of *zip* pockets, and put a compact pv in each one (like the key rings kellie mentioned)...that way, at least you won't lose them all at once...unless you lose your shorts, that is.

Yeah, I'd bring two KGOs (or any eGo type batteries with off/on function) and some extra cartos. I've done this for a few metal festivals and shows, and it always works out great! I don't do the pit thing, because it just makes me angry. I just stand outside the pit, usually, and make sure not to have my PV (or part of it) in my mouth when the surge comes my way. I once brought my Bolt with a tank to a hardcore/punk/metal house show, and the thing survived all night... till I got home and drunkenly let it fall out of my shirt pocket. Only the drip tip broke, though.

There's nothing better then standing in a crowd of stinky people who just came in from the smoking patio, headbanging, sweating, with a beer in one hand and a PV in the other. Have fun!

The eGos are really small as well, and I can get through a whole night with one fully charged. I'd take two, though just in case you lose / damage one, then you have a backup. If you get some CE3 Clearomizers (not Smokymizers) and take a couple filled, you'll be good all night, and don't have to worry about losing bottles of juice.

I've never been in a pit WITHOUT girls in it!!

I'd bring my 650mah ego batteries and a couple stardusts. I'd also recommend zip pockets! Also second the "don't bring anything you'd care if you lost" rule coz its always a possibility!

warped touuuuuuuurrrrrrrr! nearly 9ish hours of music, 10 hours of girls, and probably 5 hours of vaping =p. it's july 25th, at 11am/noon. doors open at noon anyways. but i dont wanna be in line for 2 hours.

i just remembered the vmod being ran over by a truck so i'm going to riskfully bring that. i plan on getting a very sturdy cellphone case that will attach to my belt and i'll also bring my touring backpack that i always brought for free goodies. hopefully, hopefully... it'll stay on me.

asides from what's already stated, what else could i possibly have/wear that i can put my vaping stuff in? while i am bring my vmod, i want to change up flavors. i just got 2 more ego vision's (3 all together) with 3 different flavors in it, but i'm really afraid of my ego getting dismantled while it's in my pocket as i crowd surf or somewhere along the lines of rough human contact x.x

i would get a keychain mod but... can it stand sweat and being soaked? if anything i'll have a girl and her purse. and her purse is endless if she goes that is.

It's small enough to keep in your pocket, you can turn off the battery so it won't go off and it can take the abuse of the pit

is it really that durable? i'm waiting to get it in the mail tomorrow but i'm pretty much scared to put it through a torture test myself. pretty much what i'm saying is pics/vid or it never happend

i broke a passthrough already by accident, i can only imagine what kicking, screaming, punching, and water will do to my twist.

I know it's totally dorky, and in any other case I'm not a fan (no offense meant if you like them, just not for me...) but the lanyards they offer for some of the Egos and other kits may be handy. You could keep it under your shirt for added protection.
