I bought mine at a Labor Day sale. I also picked up the 18350 tube. Mine has an NZonic head so I can't use any ego type devices. I normally use my mechs with low resistance atomizers that have 510 threads so it's no big deal for me. The thing hits great, look great and the adjustable screw on the head makes it work with flat top and button top batteries. Great investment!

I can get my #8w to work with a protected button top 18650 battery, but there's a slight gap near the switch, as it doesn't quite seat. Can you adjust the switch to accommodate different sized 18650's?

The switch doesn't come apart easily, I've tried taking needle nosed pliers to the post in the switch to screw down and adjust battery fit, it doesn't seem to work.

Any help would be appreciated.

some came shipped with glue or loctite from the factory. if your careful you should be able to free it.

So I probably have to heat up the switch to free it. Must be glue...will this allow me to adjust for different battery sizes?

Thanks so much for your help. I'm still a noob at this, but not when it comes to lithium batteries.

It should come apart I do it to clean and lube the switch. Some mod manufactures tell you not to use protected batteries because they don't fit they are bigger. You are not going to get any extra room by trying to screw the switch anymore if it's tight that's it. I use unprotected batteries. You can use a kick for safety +18490 in the 18650 tube. Did that until I found a aftermarket telescopic tube that solved that problem.
