Does the sunlight not affect the juice? I have heard that's direct sunlight speeds up oxidation.

Our kitchen window faces North, so direct sunlight doesn't hit the window. It's just convenient to sit them on the sill.

My wife wants her kitchen counter space back, so I'm moving my DIY to the master bath where I have a sink, a long counter, great lighting, and a walk-in closet to store my DIY box. All I need is a sink and a counter top to DIY and it's nice to have storage close by.
