What does "in-house extract" and "house extract" tobacco juice actually mean?

Good source. That adds another ejuice vendor to the list of Good Guys. I went to the Nobacco website and they sell Dekang. Dekang has a USA Mix flavor, so I assume that is what was used.

I've vaped Dekang in the past. It's good to know that it was a good choice.

I really do think that it would be beneficial, and probably going to be required, for juices to be tested.

I agree!

It's also in ejuice vendors own interest to test their own first. If the FDA, or another country's government tests them and find any of them to be unsafe, it will ruin public trust in them. If testing will eventually be required and there is more interest in blind testing by the scientific community and government agencies around the world, they should take the initiative.

The problem is that people and companies often don't do the things that are in their own best interest, so that's where it all falls apart.

You'd be surprised (or maybe not) how much influence you possess. I would start emailing vendors that you are interested in and asking for their test results. If they don't comply, are not interested, or just brush you off, I would tell them exactly where you are taking your money and why. Also, when you have the vendors that are testing, you could make a list, start a thread and see how other vendors respond when the information about who is taking the imitative is out there -- it becomes a little more pressing when a vendor's name is not on a list like that, especially when they see how the positive interest results in new customers and subsequent sales.
