This may have already been talked about before, but I couldnt find the topic when I searched.


IF E Cigs were indeed banned...what does it mean for ME?

Can I still order all my supplies over seas? Will I be able to vape in the privacy of my home if it is illegal to vape in public?


I live in the US and have been vaping now for almost for 2 weeks, and was able to quit an 8 year, 3 pack a day habit with my 901. I dont have any plans to stop. Can they really make us stop?

Buying them will be banned.
Whether you can order and get them from another country is a whole different matter.
I guess it all depends on if customs spots them or not. If not, you'll get whatever you order.
I'm not sure what the legal ramifications will be if your caught.

No one knows for sure what will happen. The FDA has a three-year window to create a Tobacco Unit (for lack of the proper term), though there have been actions from that agency that appear to have clamped down on imports. PayPal is dropping all e-cig suppliers in the U.S. because of the FDA furor, though most are taking credit cards now.

My suggestion is to start stocking up on supplies from both domestic and foreign suppliers. I have had no problems with China orders over the past few months and U.S. suppliers taking credit cards for payment have been fine.

I placed a hefty juice order from China and I see it cleared customs in one day. Look's good so far but who knows what could happen tomorrow. As Breakfastchef says, stock up!

All I know is I don't ever want to go back to analogs.

After not having smoked those wretched things in over two months, I finally realize how much I actually dislike the smell!!

It is amazing what happens after the sense of smell returned...good or bad

Agreed. I am super sensitive to cigarette smoke now. I can smell it from a mile away. It's nuts that just two short weeks ago I was smoking those darn things ALL day long. I honestly didnt think I smelled like smoke! It's so easy now to walk by someone and know immediatly if they're a smoker or not. It's yucky!

I've been smoke free for 2 weeks now, and the smell of someone lighting up a smoke doesn't bug me, and I don't really notice much of a change in my sense of smell (except I know I no longer smell like cigarettes) or taste (fried chicken and apple pie still tastes exactly like it did when I smoked 2 packs a day) - go figure, ay?
