...hmm...would like to know. It appears it may be made in China....is that a tank of it on the table perhaps?
My guess is that it's a genesis with a super low resistance coil, on a mech with 100%VG juice and a large air hole. My DID.. with the air hole drilled to 1/16 produces a huge amount of vapor.. not quite that much but a lot considering I'm using it on a Provari.
Just for a second set aside the mechanics of how to produce vapor like this... I want to know how people are even capable of vaping like this. I'm afraid my head would implode.
The filipinos... ridiculous, love it! Rebuildable drippers with LOW resistance, stacked batteries in mechanical mods, huge airholes and direct lung hits 
im pretty sure that was philippines. usually this happens with rebuildable drip atomizers on dual or more coil set ups.

It looks like he's hooka hitting it Strait to lungs. That's got to be part of it.
