There are many attys that can produce VG clouds like that. tj99959 is telling some real truth with that short statement, though. If you want that sort of density, be prepared to buy juice more often.
Most of this cloud is out of frame, but you probably can get an idea on the left side of the pic. That's what every drag of 100% VG juice looks like from an hh.357 around ~9.5 watts. The cisco aero, the i06, and most any 306 are all similarly capable. And that doesn't even get in to custom coils in a rebuildable atty.
