My VAMO is displaying LO Ω., no matter what is attached. Carto, clero, vivi, atty.
or it says everything is 9.9 Ohm

What does this mean?
I just replaced the spring today, as the sub forum suggested. Could that have anything to do with it?

To those who have replaced their VAMO2's spring, and have an extra if you'd be willing me send me your extra VAMO 2 thicker coil, please message me. When I picked up a new spring, I think the old one may have fallen out of my pocket. Right now I have no way to figure out if it's just the new coil causing the issue.

Does anyone know where to buy a VAMO2 spring if possible?? I'll probably buy a provape spring, but for obvious reason I would like to get my hands on a spring that is suppose to be in the VAMO 2.

Tweezers (needle nose easier), use one side and put inside connection against edge and left bottom piece up a bit, repeat on other sides.

That did not work. I did pull up the connection... anymore I would of pulled it out!

I really think it MAY be a spring issue. I hope provape springs solve this, because if not I'm going to have to buy a brand new mod. Without the orginal spring, I'm pretty sure that voids any warrenty. Awesome. Please keep the advice coming though! Even though I am gonna get to bed soon.

Just gave the spring a good rub with sandpaper. Nothin. Any other tips? I'll try it.

It actually happened while using an adapter.

The spring shouldn't have anything to do with it as far as I can see. The battery is connecting - if it wasn't you would have no screen display.
9.99 means either no connection between the attachment and the centre pin, or dead coils. You may have shorted it when using the adapter.

I would have suggested that the 510 center post had been pushed down too far for whatever reason but you have pulled that back up.
As Kiwi said, it isn't likely that your spring is at fault since the device is power on and functioning otherwise. You may have a broken wire to the 510 which may be a bit of trouble to fix if you don't have some soldering equipment. I haven't had my VAMO apart yet so I can't yet tell you how to take it apart of even if it is safely possible to do so. If I were to start on disassemble I would first assume the top cap is pressed on and using a strong but sharp object I would work around the top cap hoping to loosen it. I have done this on a couple of Zmax devices and it worked very well. I typically add another small o-ring under the center post once apart to keep it from becoming too recessed due to over tightening heads.

Thank you for ALL of the advice!! Since general consensus seems to be the wire couldn't of done it, I'm going to contact the vendor and hope they work with me before I open anything up beyond possible repair on my own end.

If anyone may think it could be anything beyond a short, please let me know. I would love to fix this on my own end without opening up anything if possible.

One thing I forgot to ask before, what kind of battery are you using with the Vamo? Was it something that came with a kit, or something you already had? Button top? Protected, or high drain? Is it hard to get the cap on? Maybe you have one that is too long or something causing the processor to freak out. Just throwing another possibility out there.

My post says, and asks if anyone has a spare spring(V2 spring) to please message me! When I went to the hardware store, I lost the original spring!!! which makes me nervous to even contact the vendor. I'm scared they won't even work with me! Then I'll have to buy another VAMO just for the spring, test the device.... bah. After of course, if the provape spring does not solve the issue. It's horrible. I have no way of knowing if it would work with the correct spring because I just don't have it.

Im using a flattop 2000MAH IMR EFEST. It was what I using when my Vamo went kaput.
